DESIGN & LAYOUT:

PRODUCT SELECTIONS:
 

Doing your research and product selections are so very important in order to simplify and expedite the remodeling process.   Pick out your plumbing fixtures, tile, sink, cabinets, counter tops, paint colors, furniture, towel rods, toilet paper holders and mirrors prior to your remodel start date. If youre working with an interior designer they will help you every step of the way with your product selections.

CONTRACT AGREEMENTS:
 

Now is the time to finalize contracts and agreements with a professional contractor and designer who will help bring your project to life.   The permitting process will take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the city or county, at this time you will also need to get approval from your association if applicable.
